On July 11, 2019 the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) was signed between ANSA and STA with the duration of 3 years as of January 1, 2019. Since February 20, 2019 the border with Venezuela has been closed and this has had a significant financial impact on ANSA. This situation will be closely monitored and if it continues for a longer period, both parties agreed to renegotiate this CLA.
